We developed a compelling visual identity to define Australia Post’s “Post People 1st” program, building on our extensive work with their brand since 2012.
The Post People 1st program provides meaningful job opportunities to employees within Australia Post.
Working with a communications consultant and senior internal communications managers at Australia Post, we developed four brand identity options.
Central to the task was the ability for the identity to sit comfortably within the parameters of Australia Post brand guidelines.
The new identity and supporting collateral provided the existing program with a renewed momentum and appropriate level of recognition throughout the organisation.
It was important for this identity to sit comfortably within the parameters of Australia Post brand guidelines, but to have a look and life of its own.
In an effort to streamline efficiencies, the Job Information Circular (a publication promoting all job vacancies) was up for review.
It required a serious overhaul both from a content, design, and structural perspective. Using some clever coding, we designed a on-brand, efficient and appealing self populating template.
